When I type the callsign, it rarely returns the correspondent’s name, and it’s very slow.
I tried both with qrz.com subscribed and without, but nothing changes.
How can I get this information right away?

@IU1PZC You would need a QRZ subscription for the QRZ callsign lookup to work properly as its using their API to do the lookup. The lookups are normally very quick but its all dependent on internet connection….currently. Once we release the database upgrade in the next few days we will be working on our backlog of features and upgrades. One of which is an offline callsign database and releasing our own internal callsign database.
