Hi,

Please explain how I can submit my CABRILLO log of participation in WRTC 2026?

I tried to submit contest logs using the ARRL Contest Log Submission IARU HF, but it could not recognized this WRTC 2026 EVENT.

@KD9WIF So the WRTC contest is only for the 50 teams that were in the contest. Everyone else is able to submit their logs for a certificate/award. That information can be found on the WRTC2026 site ( WRTC 2026 Competition Awards | WRTC 2026 UK ) at the very bottom. However logs were supposed to be submitted within 6 hours of the contest ending. The log submission site listed in the link above is - https://contest-log-submission.arrl.org/

Looking at your logbook there everything looks correct except your RM0HQ contact which has ‘30 REF’ in the exchange field. I’m not sure if the submission site will accept a log for WRTC from non-competitor callsigns so you may have to submit it for the IARU HF contest instead.

To do this you will most likely need to open your cabrillo log (after fixing the contact mentioned above) in a text editor (notepad on windows or texedit on mac) and changing the second line of the log where it says “CONTEST:” from WRTC2026 to IARU-HF and then save it and resubmit.
