ARRL Field Day 2025 Logging Sofware [IMPLEMENTED]

I am writing because my club and I are starting to prepare for field day. I am looking at the ARRL page/section about Logging software and do not see WRL listed as of yet. Will WRL support ARRL field day (I am assuming it will) and I am curios if that will be published on the list of logging software?

Hey @KQ3Y we will absolutely support ARRL Field Day! We had a great winter field day with WRL and we plan to make an even bigger event for summer field day!

We’ll ask ARRL to add it to their website, but sometimes they are slow to make those updates.

All,
I know it has been discussed in various topics but could we get a sticky or something explaining the use of WRL for a club activation with all members using WRL. It could be a reference on the WRL contest page. I think it would be beneficial to have a guide that can be referenced and updated for new/improvements going forward. This could apply for all contest or group functions.

Also what is the status of the Windows desktop version that can be a standalone/offline version?

Just some thoughts.

Just refreshed the WRL app and saw the ARRL Field Day in the Contest area. I will be checking it out.

Hello, we are new to WRL and would like to use it for our Club’s Field Day.

Was your suggestion about a club activation reference page ever implemented? I’ve looked for help but can’t find anything about this. We would like to promote the use of WRL, but we need help.

Sorry just seen this reply. Currently once you’ve enrolled in the contest and it creates the contest logbook. You can go into the logbook and then click on the callsign sign right about the ‘Their Callsign’ field and then from there select ‘Club’ from the ‘Callsign Type’ dropdown and then enter the club callsign in the field above it. Unfortunately we have not had to the chance to create a reference on the contest page as of yet. However as it currently stands you can still participate in the contests as a club with no issues.
