CAT Control auto-connect to WSJTX, etc

Hi there! Been using the CAT control app a lot lately. I don’t use it for CAT specifically since it doesn’t yet support virtual serial ports (com0com) but I do use it for log redirection. It would be nice if it remembered which apps it was connected to and auto-connects to them on startup. I’ve forgotten many times to click the “Connect WSJT-X” button and ended up missing logged QSOs and having to sync my logbooks manually, which is the whole thing I wanted to avoid by using the CAT control app.
