Hi guys, we are proud to be resurrecting the Battleship Texas Amateur Radio Club C/S NA5DV just in time for Museum Ships on the Air weekend. It’s not a contest however we will have multiple ops working the Club call over the timeframe. We are actively working to transfer custodianship and even if we get it done and submitted by Friday there is little chance that QRZ, ARRL etc will be updated by this weekend. We plan to hold the logs just long enough to get that sorted then apply confirmations etc. Is there a way for us to set up logging here where we can collaborate across different platforms, days, operators etc? I’ve seen how Field Day works but not sure if that format is available for events.

Yes, we can absolutely support this, exactly like Field Day.
All you need to do is make sure all operators log into the same account. Then, in real time, the logbook will get shared and updated across all operators.
Each operator can log on the website, desktop app, or mobile app, and the logs will sync across all platforms.
You should also set your Operator and Station Callsign in the settings each time you’re logging, so that each log record has the operator set.
If you need any help, we’re here to support!
(One quick note - we are just about to launch an update for the Desktop app in the next day or two that will make the account switching process between the individual and club account smoother, so you ONLY see your club logs when you switch to the club account and vice-versa. Be on the lookout for this before the end of the week!)

There’s no specific exchange required, only a valid contact.
I expect ships would be sharing their vessel name and location along with a signal report. I’d presume that, for club calls, the operator name as well.
