Field Day log submission procedure

I made some field day contacts. I logged them with WRL logger. I uploaded to a ADIF file. So now how do I submit my entries to ARRL? They seem to want a Cabrillo file format What’s the procedure to get my log submitted? 73 de Alan AI3A

@AI3A Hey Alan,

The best (and easiest) way to export your log in the correct format is to use the web app (https://app.worldradioleague.com/) then goto the ‘Logbooks’ page and click the three dots in the right hand side and click ‘Export Cabrillo’ then fill out the Cabrillo header information then scroll to the bottom and click ‘Export Cabrillo’.

You’ll need to go to the submission site @ Field Day Entry and click the ‘Go to data entry’ button then fill out the form, making sure to select any bonuses you had. Then under the section that says ‘Upload band/mode call list’ click the ‘choose file’ button and select the log file that i attached.

Additionally you’ll need to fill out the section labeled “Band/Mode QSO Breakdown”, you can find this information if you are on the WRL web app and inside your logbook. Underneath the logging fields there is a button labeled ‘view scoring breakdown’, click that then click the ‘Statistics’ tab and scroll down. You can click in the table and it will copy the data and you can paste it in the ARRL submission table. Once that is filled out you’ll just need to submit the results and your all set.

Let me know if you have any trouble. Happy to help.

Thanks & 73
