IC-705 CAT problem

I’m trying to get CAT working with an IC-705 via a USB cable.

This worked for a while (partially; I couldn’t adjust the frequency from the cluster, but the frequency was displayed in the log).

But for some reason, it’s no longer working. In WRL CAT, sometimes it indicates a successful connection, but the frequency isn’t displayed.

Under Windows 11, I see the IC-705 twice (COM3 and COM4, ​​with the added label CI-V). When it was working earlier, I was using COM3 at 9600 baud.

Can you help me?

Hey ! It’s working again. I had restart myy computer and omnirig was running… i shut off it and now it’s OK !

Using the USB cable, I had too many connection problems. So I switched the PC’s connection to the IC705 back to Wi-Fi and the local network. And I used VSPE to reroute the virtual port to another COM port.

Miracle, it works!
